About the JobAn exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Bartender to join in Nuska Beach in Jumeirah Beach Hotel.
- Lead the bar team, ensuring exceptional service delivery and coordinating bar operations efficiently.
- Curate and create unique cocktail recipes tailored to the theme of the outlet or specific guest requests.
- Provide expert recommendations on wine and food pairings, upselling beverages based on guests' preferences.
- Manage bar inventories, track perishable goods, and ensure stock is replenished as needed.
- Handle guest inquiries and concerns promptly, ensuring their satisfaction and working closely with the management team to address any issues.
- Higher Secondary School Diploma
- Basic Food & Hygiene Training
- WSET Level 2 Certification
- 2 years of Bartending experience in luxury hospitality
- Experience in modern bar techniques
- Inventory management
- Strong customer service orientation
- Demonstrates confidence and ability to upsell
- Experience working in a multi-cultural environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in English
