Resident Manager - Residences - Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab

Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab is the city's newest luxury lifestyle destination featuring a resort, exclusive residences, an 82-berth superyacht marina, a state-of-the-art spa and fitness center and a wide range of curated dining experiences.

An opportunity has arisen for a Resident Manager to join Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab Residences. The main duties and responsibilities of this role:

• Oversee all aspects of room operations, including front office, housekeeping, reservations, and guest services, to ensure seamless and efficient daily operations.
• Manage and Lead Day-to-Day Operations and ensure all deliverables are met in line with Jumeirah's Standard Operating Procedure.
• Maintain complete inventory of: Unit owners' information and storage spaces, Owners' monthly/quarterly newsletter, hotel features, services, and hotel restaurant food concepts and information
• Participate in public space walk-throughs with Engineering and Housekeeping to ensure public space and back of the house areas are well maintained and preventative maintenance processes are in place.
• Tours building on a regular basis speaking with Colleagues and owners to understand business needs and assess operational opportunities
• Works with Executive Committee Team to develop an operational strategy that is aligned with the brand's business strategy and leads its execution.

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

• A few years' experience in luxury hospitality, including leadership roles within Residences, Rooms, Front of the House.
• Proven ability to lead and inspire a team in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment with a strong guest focus.
• Fluency in English, both spoken and written; additional language(s) highly desirable.
• Proficient in Opera PMS and Microsoft Office suite.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
