Senior Asset Manager - Hospitality & Mixed-Use Portfolio

We are currently seeking a Senior Asset Manager to join a leading asset management firm, overseeing a diverse portfolio of hospitality, commercial, educational, and mixed-use properties across Dubai and Abu Dhabi.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-performing platform where the successful candidate will take a hands-on approach to asset management, driving operational performance, efficiency, and financial value across the portfolio.

Requirements:

• 8+ years' experience in asset management or property management, ideally with exposure to hospitality or mixed-use assets
• Strong operational and financial acumen, with the ability to identify opportunities to increase value and enhance returns across assets
• Proven ability to implement improvements that boost performance and drive business growth
• Excellent attention to detail and a passion for being hands-on with assets
• Confident liaising with property managers, consultants, and internal/external teams
• Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working across multiple sites and disciplines
• Based in or willing to work across Dubai and Abu Dhabi

Key Responsibilities:

• Take full ownership of day-to-day performance across multiple assets, ensuring operational excellence
• Conduct regular site visits and oversee property management teams
• Identify and implement initiatives to enhance asset value and financial performance
• Monitor budgets, KPIs, and operational metrics to ensure assets are performing at their full potential
• Work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners to drive efficiency and improve returns
• Support business development efforts by identifying opportunities for portfolio growth
