We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Legal Counsel to join a leading real estate investment firm based in Dubai. Regulated by the Dubai Financial Services Authority (DFSA).
This is a key in-house role offering the opportunity to work across corporate transactions, compliance, regulatory matters, and risk management, supporting the growth and governance of a high-performing real estate entity.
Requirements:- 5+ years of legal experience, ideally in-house or in corporate/commercial law
- Qualified in Law (LLB or equivalent)
- Strong understanding of DFSA or Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) regulations
- Experience in real estate, property, or asset management, with direct exposure to the real estate sector being essential
- Experience with corporate transactions, contract drafting, and risk management
- Working knowledge of crypto/tokenization is a plus but not essential
- Confident in advising on AML/KYC, compliance, and governance matters
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
