School Principal - UAE MoE Curriculum (Private School, Jumeirah)

Our client is a high-enrolment private school in Jumeirah seeking a School Principal to lead a whole school improvement journey across 2,000 students with 200 staff reporting into the Principal. You'll drive inspection aligned progress (Good Very Good), uplift Arabic/Islamic/National Identity outcomes, and embed rigorous teaching, learning, and assessment-while sustaining an inclusive, safe, and values led culture.

• School improvement (SEF/SIP): Set clear priorities, milestones, and evidence trails aligned to MoE inspection frameworks.
• Teaching, learning & assessment: Raise attainment/progress; standardise data cycles, moderation, and targeted intervention.
• Arabic, Islamic, National Identity: Strengthen provision and results to Good+ levels.
• Leadership capacity: Coach and line manage VPs/heads; build a high accountability, high support culture and continuous CPD.
• Inclusion & safeguarding: Ensure robust SEN/EAL provision, wellbeing, attendance/behaviour, and H&S compliance.
• Stakeholder trust: Transparent communication with parents, staff, students, governors, and regulators; manage compliance and audit readiness.
• Inspection readiness: Termly mock reviews, evidence curation, and staff upskilling to stay "always ready."

• Career defining impact: Lead a visible ratings uplift across an entire school in a flagship Dubai location.
• Autonomy with backing: Direct access to governors and the mandate to implement people, process, and pedagogy change.
• Build to last: Shape durable leadership capacity, data driven practice, and strong parent partnerships.

• UAE MoE certification/approval (current or immediately eligible).
• Whole school leadership as Principal or Vice Principal (open to strong VPs ready to step up).
• Proven record taking a school from Acceptable Good and/or Good Very Good under UAE inspections.
• Strong oversight of Arabic, Islamic Education, and National Identity outcomes.
• Master's degree (Master of Education preferred; Diploma in Education considered).
• Arabic fluency (must) with excellent English.
• Currently working in Dubai or Abu Dhabi (exceptional profiles from other Emirates considered).
