Job DescriptionBring your passion for food, drinks, and connecting people to Mama Shelter Dubai! Join our team as F&B Sales Manager and help us make every event, every booking, and every dining experience unforgettable.
Responsibilities- Be Mama's Connector: Drive F&B sales through building strong relationships with clients, partners, and guests.
- Spotlight on Opportunities: Identify and secure events, catering, and group bookings that showcase our bars, restaurants, and spaces.
- Strategy + Execution: Develop sales strategies, track targets, and ensure goals are met while keeping the Mama vibe alive.
- Guest-First Mindset: Anticipate what guests and partners need, delivering tailored experiences that exceed expectations.
- Collaboration Rockstar: Work hand in hand with chefs, mixologists, marketing, and operations teams to bring big ideas to life.
- Market Pulse: Stay ahead of F&B trends, competitor offerings, and market opportunities to keep Mama buzzing.

- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- ️ 3-5 years of experience in F&B sales, hospitality, or lifestyle sectors.
- Proven track record in sales, revenue growth, and client relationship management.
- Passion for food & beverage trends and translate into sales opportunities.
- ️ Excellent communication skills (English required; additional languages a plus).
- Creativity, adaptability, and a strong eye for detail.
