Job Purpose: To be the primary business contact for logistics business partners client, increase volume of business from a portfolio of account within DP World Logistics and consistently provide excellent service in maximizing profitability.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Ensure in securing new customers, I'll be able to maintain undeveloped good relationship with existing potential Customers account
  • to achieve target set in terms of contributing and generating revenue for the department.
  • conduct and report minimum number of sales Leeds set by the management and transform a minimum of those into revenue generating business.
  • to maintain and keep up to date customer profile and ensure to build strong customer relationships available as per allocated
  • trade records of customer Detail.
  • identify potential customers and register opportunities, relentlessly pursue realization of such opportunities leading to revenue for the company.
  • regularly visit existing accounts validating our service levels and develop new revenue streams.
  • Negotiate with the accounts as per price guidelines given, looking to maximize profits.
  • follow up on customer communications in a timely and professional manner.
  • Support DPW department's and what closely with operations and documentation on the execution of customer service contracts.
  • Promote the services and products for all entities, and coordinate sales efforts with other department sales.
  • Evaluating sales trends, market conditions and competitor activity.
  • Assimilate market information and take part in the overall business development through weekly /monthly sales meetings.

Experience, Education and Skills requirements

Work Experience: 5 - 7 Years of Sales Experience in Freight Forwarding and/or Logistics.

Technical skills required to perform the role: Commercial experience and business acumen in communication as well relevant operating systems.
