Job Description
  • Develop and execute industrial business plans across various industries
  • Promote and sell industrial products including motor control, drives, and final distribution
  • Build long-term relationships with industrial electricians, OEMs, and end users
  • Support staff and customer training initiatives
  • Collaborate with branch managers on marketing and stock strategies
  • Identify new business opportunities and improve sales performance
  • Conduct regular customer and branch meetings
  • Maintain accurate reporting and uphold safety standards
The Successful Applicant
  • Proven experience in industrial electrical sales or technical support
  • Strong understanding of motor control, drives, and distribution products
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Comfortable working autonomously and in the field
  • Organised, proactive, and customer-focused
  • Familiar with CRM systems and Office 365
  • Holds a valid driver's licence
