Mirvac is seeking a dynamic and experienced Retail Manager to join our team at Kawana Shoppingworld. This pivotal role supports the delivery of high-quality services, operational excellence, and a customer-centric focus. You'll be instrumental in building strong relationships with retail operators and stakeholders to ensure sustainable and profitable performance aligned with the asset strategy.
Key Responsibilities- Lead stakeholder engagement to support strategic execution and foster a customer-first culture
- Build collaborative relationships with retailers, community partners, and customers
- Contribute to strategic asset planning and budget management
- Partner with retailers to enhance offerings and identify sales growth opportunities
- Ensure compliance with lease terms and property management agreements
- Collaborate on marketing initiatives to drive traffic and sales
- Maintain high standards of asset presentation and service delivery
- Provide leadership to the asset team, promoting engagement and performance
- Act as Duty Manager during evenings/weekends/public holidays as required
- Participate in cross-functional projects and working groups
- 5+ years' experience in property, including asset management
- Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting and forecasting
- Familiarity with property tools such as Yardi and/or other CRM systems
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field (highly desirable)
- Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills
- Strategic thinker with a proactive, customer-focused mindset
