• PM Shift : +$5.00/hour (MondayFriday) +$7.00/hour (Saturday & Sunday)

Job Responsibilities:

As a Resident Assistant you will:

Provide Support & Assistance with residents daily activities (ADLs), offering encouragement and physical aid as needed.
Foster a Warm, Caring Atmosphere for residents, guests, and fellow team members.
Respond Promptly & Compassionately to resident call lights and requests.
Ensure Resident Safety & Well-Being through attentive care and supervision.
Handle Emergencies such as falls, seizures, or choking, following proper protocols.
