Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Reinsurance Broker to manage and negotiate reinsurance placements, develop client relationships, and provide expert advisory services for our client - a leading Reinsurance Brokerage based in DIFC, Dubai. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical, negotiation, and relationship management skills, ensuring optimal risk transfer solutions for clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with insurers, reinsurers, and clients.
- Assess client risk exposures and design appropriate reinsurance programs.
- Negotiate and secure reinsurance placements to optimize risk transfer.
- Monitor market trends, pricing, and capacity to provide strategic insights.
- Prepare and present proposals, reports, and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and contractual requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including actuarial, underwriting, and claims.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelors degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field.
- years of experience in reinsurance, insurance, or brokerage.
- Strong knowledge of treaty and facultative reinsurance structures.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Professional certifications (e.g., ACII, CPCU) are a plus.
