About the job Commercial Kitchen Designer Key Responsibilities 
- Create kitchen + laundry + waste equipment layouts & itemized equipment lists
- Develop MEP load schedules & MEP rough in drawings (electrical, plumbing, drainage, gas, and internal walls)
- Attend meetings and present your work to your PM and to external Clients
- Prepare a project tracker that includes the progress + status of the tasks & delivery dates
- 1+ years of experience in Revit, BIM modeling and BIM collaboration
- 2+ years of experience in kitchen planning and laundry layout engineering
- Knowledge of kitchen equipment brands, MEP systems, technical data related to the kitchen, laundry & waste layouts
- Knowledge of basic regulatory requirements
- Proficient in Revit and BIM, knowledgeable about BIM LoDs, BEP, MIDP, etc
- Fluent in English with excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
