Kazakh and Russian Speaking - Regional Marketing Manager

We are looking for a dynamic, passionate and creative professional to lead and coordinate our fast growing marketing function in Dubai, for the Kazakhstan market. This is an excellent opportunity to join a fast paced and international environment and take your career to the next level!

• Define and create country specific marketing strategies
• Develop and implement demand and lead generation marketing & rollout plans for Kazakhstan
• Launch marketing campaigns as well as evaluate success and deliverables based on KPIs
• Assist the Marketing and the Business Development functions to carry out market research
• During new region penetration stage, in respect to each country's ethics, culture, customs, etc.
• Provide support for marketing events and exhibitions as required
• Assist in ongoing marketing activities as well as support the marketing team and other regional teams as necessary
• Coordinate the marketing team and handle relevant delegated projects
• Stay on top of current trends and best practices
• Perform any other related tasks as assigned by the Business Development Marketing Manager

• Degree in marketing, advertising, communications or a business related field
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role
• Native Kazakh and Russian speaker and very good knowledge of English
• Solid knowledge of marketing analytics and metrics features
• Strong project management skills will be considered an advantage
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organised and ability to multitask
