Our client is an innovative and expanding real estate brokerage firm based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, specializing in business development and sales of different types of real estate, ranging from ready-to-move-in units to off-plan properties. With over a decade of experience in the United Arab Emirates, our client provides personalized, client-focused real estate solutions.
Our client is looking for dynamic and results-oriented candidates for a permanent, full-time position of Real Estate Sales Manager, based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage the real estate sales team;
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans;
- Guide agents to achieve their targets and close deals;
- Build and maintain client relationships;
- Ensure team compliance with RERA and DLD guidelines.
- Proven real estate sales leadership experience in Dubai;
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills;
- Knowledge of Dubai's real estate market, trends, and regulations;
- Bachelor's degree in Sales, Business, or Marketing (relevant certifications a plus).
An attractive remuneration package consisting of a fixed salary, benefits and a commission on agent sales shall be discussed with the shortlisted candidates.
