Our client is an innovative and expanding real estate brokerage firm based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, and specializing in business development and sales of different types of real estate, ranging from ready-to-move-in units to off-plan properties. With over a decade of experience in the United Arab Emirates, our client provides personalized, client-focused real estate solutions.
Our client is looking for dynamic and results-oriented candidates for a permanent, full-time position of Real Estate Agent, based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
Key responsibilities- Assist clients with buying, selling, and renting properties,
- Understand and meet client financial and property needs,
- Conduct market research and property valuations,
- List and promote properties through multiple channels,
- Stay updated on market trends and legal compliance.
The company will also support an onboarded candidate with high-quality leads to facilitate business development activities and to achieve great results.
Requirements- Real estate agent license or sales experience preferred,
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills,
- Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset,
- Proficient in MS Office,
- English fluency required,
- Freshers and candidates from banking / insurance sales are also welcome.
A remuneration package consisting of a fixed salary, benefits and an attractive commission shall be discussed with the shortlisted candidates.
Key requirementsProven real estate sales leadership experience in Dubai; Excellent negotiation and communication skills; Knowledge of Dubai's real estate market, trends, and regulations; Bachelor's degree in Sales, Business, or Marketing (relevant certifications a plus).
