Senior Executive Talent Properties Dubai Executive Staffing Expert From White to Blue Collar - Matching Skills With the Right 
We are looking for a detail-oriented QA/QC Manager to oversee and implement quality control procedures for all interior fit-out projects. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with industry standards, project specifications, and client expectations, driving excellence across all project phases.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and enforce QA/QC policies for fit-out projects.
- Conduct inspections, audits, and quality assessments on materials and workmanship.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, industry standards, and regulations.
- Identify and resolve quality-related issues to maintain high project standards.
- Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and suppliers to improve quality control.
- Maintain detailed QA/QC documentation and generate regular reports.
- Train and guide the team on quality procedures and best practices.
- 5+ years of experience in QA/QC within the fit-out, interior, or construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of quality standards, inspection techniques, and compliance regulations.
- Ability to interpret drawings, technical documents, and specifications.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities.
- Certifications in QA/QC or ISO standards are a plus.
