As a DXB Interact Support Representative, you'll play a crucial role in enhancing the user experience on the DXB Interact platform. This position involves offering direct support to clients via WhatsApp, troubleshooting web issues, and ensuring smooth platform operations by working closely with developers to resolve errors. You'll also be instrumental in analyzing user interactions, creating training materials, and developing engaging content for social media to help users fully leverage the platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Support: Provide guidance and support to clients via WhatsApp and email, assisting them in navigating and utilizing the DXB Interact platform.
  • Error Reporting and Resolution: Identify and report errors, track resolution progress, and collaborate with developers to address issues. Troubleshoot web-related problems independently when possible.
  • User Interaction Analysis: Use tools like Clarity to analyze user interactions, identify issues, and provide insights into user behavior. Recommend enhancements to current features and suggest new ones.
  • Training Material Development: Create and update training materials and conduct training sessions to help users better understand and use DXB Interact, similar to training programs by Bayut and PF.
  • Content Creation: Develop compelling content and articles for DXB Interact's social media channels and other platforms.
Qualifications
  • Excellent communication skills, particularly in providing technical support.
  • Proven experience with web troubleshooting and collaborating with development teams.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to extract and act on data insights.
  • Creative flair for generating engaging social media content and instructional materials.
  • Familiarity with tools like Clarity for user interaction analysis.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience in customer support, especially using messaging platforms such as WhatsApp.
  • Basic understanding of web development and troubleshooting techniques.
  • Ability to work autonomously and efficiently manage multiple tasks.
