Job Title: Pump Product Coordinator

We're hiring a Pump Product Coordinator at Baker Manufacturing! This position is open to candidates in either Evansville, WI or Dubuque, IA were looking for the right fit to join our team and will hire one person in either location.
Travel to Dubuque, IOWA will be required for training. Could be up to several weeks with breaks to come back home on the weekends. Some flexibility with the training.
SUMMARY
Assist customers, regional managers, and field service representatives with placing orders, providing technical information, pricing, and delivery of pump products. Manage return goods including warranty claims. Facilitate product development by working with Engineering, Operations, Sales, Production, and Purchasing on pump-related projects. Assist in new product development including market research, technical manuals, and bulletins.

QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; or three to four years related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Product development or project management preferred.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
