• Develop and execute public relations strategies, ensuring positive media coverage and brand reputation management.
• Manage social media strategy and content across key platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Twitter.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with journalists, media outlets, and influencers.
• Oversee the creation of compelling, brand aligned content, including press releases, blog articles, and social media posts.
• Monitor brand perception, handle crisis communication and ensure brand reputation management.
• Track, analyse and report on PR and social media performance to optimise engagement strategies.

• Experience in PR, social media or corporate communications.
• Strong network of media contacts in the UAE, particularly in automotive and lifestyle sectors.
• Experience managing organic social media strategies.
• Experience in influencer partnerships, media relations and crisis communication.

Reporting to the Social Media Marketing Manager and working closely with internal and external stakeholders.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Journalism or a related field.
• Master's degree or certifications in PR, Social Media Management or Corporate Communications is a plus.
• 3 5 years of experience in PR, social media or corporate communications, preferably within automotive, luxury or lifestyle industries.
• Proven experience managing organic social media strategies, influencer partnerships and crisis communication.
• Expertise in media relations, crisis communication and influencer marketing.
• Proficiency in social media management tools such as Brandwatch and similar.
• Strong content creation and storytelling skills tailored for PR and organic social media.
• Analytical mindset with experience using social media analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Meta Insights.
• Ability to craft engaging social media narratives and manage online community interactions.
• Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
