Overview of the RoleThe primary responsibility is to perform warehousing and store keeping tasks such as receiving, identifying, handling, storing, issuing, and delivering a wide variety of parts in a computerized system. Ensure all the warehouse KPIs are achieved as per the target. Acts as a floor leader and helps the team perform their tasks correctly.
What You Will Do- On time processing and dispatch of orders according to cut off timings.
- Direct team members in performing their tasks correctly.
- Conduct daily meetings to discuss issues related to warehouse activities.
- Identify bins that need replenishment and update the system accordingly.
- Report any quality or inventory discrepancy issues.
- Lead the team in maintaining cleanliness of the workplace.
- Conduct customer claim investigations and submit analysis reports.
- Maintain equipment and facilities to ensure a safe work environment.
- Understands basic inventory, warehousing, and stocking procedures.
- Able to work independently with some direction.
- Capable of writing instructions and documented procedures.
- Able to perform simple math operations.
- Secondary School Graduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 1 3 years of experience in any field.
The role will report to the Warehouse Supervisor and you will be working in a busy Parts Distribution Center located in Dubai Investment Park (DIP).
