- Erect safety barriers and warning signage around the work zone.
- Install temporary scaffolding as required.
- Remove all loose, broken, or unstable marble tiles.
- Clean the substrate to remove old adhesive, mounting residue, and debris.
- Inspect the substrate for structural soundness and repair any surface defects.
- Install stainless steel mechanical anchoring behind the cladding area to enhance safety and load distribution.
- Supply and install new marble tiles matching the existing size (30 x 60 cm), color, and finish - approximately 30 pieces.
- Use approved adhesive and mechanical fixings; secure tiles in place.
- Ensure proper alignment, spacing, and leveling during installation.
- Clean all installed surfaces and remove excess adhesive or grout.
NOTE TO VENDORS: All vendors must have a Dubai trade license issued by the relevant authority. Compliance is mandatory; non compliance may result in stoppage of funds through escrow.
