The opportunity & how you will make an impact

As a Valuer or Senior Valuer within our Residential Development team, you'll contribute to valuations across a range of complex and high-profile assets including land subdivisions, englobo land, apartment projects, development sites, Build-to-Rent (BTR), and other living sector valuations.

You will report directly to the Director of Residential Living Sectors Valuations & Advisory, gaining exposure to a variety of market-leading development projects and clients.

  • Your responsibilities will include:
  • Providing expert advice and detailed valuation reports across various property sectors.
  • Conducting market research and analysis to assess conditions and comparable evidence.
  • Liaising with agents and industry professionals to gather insights and data.
  • Applying valuation methodologies, including summation, direct comparison, and income-based approaches.
  • Developing strong client relationships and contributing to business development.
  • Collaborating with team members and mentoring Assistant Valuers on projects.
About you

We look for talented people who are purpose-driven and thrive in high-performing, inclusive and collaborative environments. You will have:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Valuation either at graduate or post graduate level
  • Membership of API, at least to Associate status as Certified Practising Valuer
  • Experience with mortgage security valuations
  • Valuer to Senior Valuer level experience
