  • Lead project management activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation
  • Support and mentor staff, fostering a positive, inclusive, and high-performing team culture
  • Collaborate with other business units to identify synergies and support business growth
  • Contribute to the ongoing development and improvement of workplace health, safety, and compliance practices

About you.

We are looking for talented professionals who are purpose-driven, collaborative, and thrive in high-performing environments. You will ideally have:

  • Proven experience in consultancy, ideally within the property or economics sector.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to manage contracts, budgets, and deliverables independently.
  • Excellent technical skills, including advanced Microsoft Office capabilities (Power Pivot, DAX, Index/Match).
  • Exceptional interpersonal and leadership skills, with a track record of mentoring and developing teams.
  • A solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and confidently.

We invest in your growth, with inspirational leadership experiences, structured development pathways and the freedom to lead your own way. We empower you to shape your career and your impact.
