We're looking for Real Estate Agent to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

Assist clients in the buying, selling, and leasing of real estate properties.
Conduct property showings, open houses, and market analysis.
Generate and follow up on leads through networking, marketing, and referrals.
Prepare and review real estate documents such as contracts, agreements, and leases.
Provide guidance and support throughout the negotiation and closing process.
Stay informed about market trends, property values, and real estate laws.
Collaborate with mortgage lenders, inspectors, appraisers, and attorneys.
Maintain a strong database of prospects and follow up consistently.
Uphold the highest standards of customer service and professionalism.

Requirements

Proven experience as a real estate agent or similar role (preferred).
Strong knowledge of local real estate markets and property laws.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and detail-oriented.
Proficiency in CRM tools and real estate listing platforms (Bitrix, etc.).
