As a Property Consultant, you will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and leasing properties while providing expert advice on market conditions, investment opportunities, and project launches. You will represent Metropolitan Premium Properties and uphold our reputation as a market leader in luxury and off-plan real estate.

• Source and qualify leads through marketing channels, networking, and referrals.
• Conduct property viewings and presentations for clients.
• Advise clients on current market trends, investment opportunities, and pricing strategies.
• Negotiate offers, prepare sales agreements, and manage the transaction process.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of property laws, regulations, and market developments.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, landlords, and investors.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Ensure all listings are accurate, up to date, and professionally marketed.

• Proven experience in real estate sales or leasing (Dubai market experience preferred).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, driven, and target-oriented with a passion for real estate.
• Professional appearance and a positive attitude.
• UAE driving license and access to a car (preferred).
• Fluency in English is required.
