1. Project Planning & Execution 
- Lead, plan, and execute Fit-Out & MEP HVAC projects from initiation to handover.
- Review project scope, drawings, and technical specifications to prepare execution strategies.
- Develop detailed project schedules, budgets, manpower, and resource allocation plans.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, and subcontractors to ensure project requirements are met.
- Supervise on-site activities, ensuring adherence to approved drawings, standards, and safety regulations.
- Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Monitor budgets, control costs, and minimize wastage.
- Ensure all work meets required quality standards and client expectations.
- Identify and resolve project issues, technical challenges, and delays proactively.
- Ensure compliance with local authority regulations, safety codes, and company policies.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports, variation orders, and handover files.
- Lead and mentor site engineers, supervisors, and technical teams.
- Foster teamwork, productivity, and a safety-first culture across all project sites.
