Key Responsibilities: 
- Develop creative design concepts, mood boards, and 3D visualizations based on client requirements.
- Prepare detailed drawings, layouts, and material specifications for interior fit-out projects.
- Space planning and design development in line with functional, aesthetic, and safety requirements.
- Coordinate with clients, project managers, and contractors to ensure design intent is maintained throughout execution.
- Select appropriate materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and accessories within budget.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and resolve design-related issues during execution.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and company standards.
- Work on multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and quality standards.
- Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in interior design with a focus on fit-out projects (commercial, residential, or retail).
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3D Max, SketchUp, Photoshop, and other design software.
- Strong knowledge of materials, joinery details, and construction processes.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to handle client meetings, presentations, and manage design changes effectively.
- Strong project management and coordination skills.
