At Richard Crookes Constructions (RCC), we've built a reputation for delivering high-quality projects with certainty. We're seeking experienced Project Engineers and Senior Project Engineers to join our team for an exciting upcoming residential build project in Shellharbour.

We're hiring across both PE and SPE levels. You'll play a key role in delivering the project successfully, from design coordination and subcontractor management to site execution and stakeholder engagement.

• Assist or lead project coordination and subcontractor management
• Resolve design issues and contribute technical input during design and construction
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules
• Oversee cost management, quality assurance, and environmental controls
• Ensure compliance with ITPs, SWMS, and safety standards
• Liaise with architects, consultants, and clients to ensure project alignment
• Manage variations and site documentation

• Relevant building and tertiary qualifications
• Proven experience on large-scale construction projects
• Strong technical and problem-solving skills
• Experience in subcontractor coordination and design management
• Knowledge of cost, quality, and environmental controls
• Commitment to health and safety standards
• Open to relocation or travel to Shellharbour
