About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the strategy and execution of our CFD trading platform during a period of dynamic growth. You will play a key role in modernizing a global trading experience and enhancing our competitive position in the CFD market.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and evolve the CFD product roadmap, defining priorities and milestones.
- Lead the enhancement of core trading flows including deal tickets, portfolio management, and search.
- Expand instrument coverage across multiple asset classes.
- Collaborate closely with dealing, engineering, design, and compliance teams to deliver end-to-end product improvements.
- Introduce essential competitive features such as notifications, alerts, and user personalization.
- Establish best practices in product management and mentor junior team members.
- Balance delivery speed, technical quality, and regulatory compliance.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience managing CFD, derivatives, or trading platform products.
- Strong understanding of market structure, execution models, and dealing operations.
- Demonstrated success delivering trading products in fast paced environments.
- Hands on product management approach with strong analytical and specification skills.
- Ability to align technical and commercial stakeholders around clear objectives.
- Familiarity with global regulatory frameworks (e.g., CySEC, ASIC).
- Experience with MT5 or similar trading infrastructure is an advantage.
