We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Procurement Specialist to manage end-to-end procurement activities, vendor relationships, and contract administration. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance, optimize sourcing strategies, and contribute to operational efficiency across departments.

- IT Asset & Service Procurement
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- Strong knowledge of contract law, procurement processes, and vendor lifecycle management.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- High attention to detail, analytical ability, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP/procurement systems.
- Strong report-making and data analysis capabilities.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in contracts and vendor management, preferably in banking, financial services, government, or similar sectors.
- Exposure to systems, processes, and controls related to Procurement & Inventory.
- Fair proficiency in ERP/procurement systems.
- Good PC skills (MS Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Wide base of vendor relationships.
- Advanced skills in report generation, performance tracking, and presenting insights to management.
