A leading IT consulting firm is seeking a proactive NOC Shift Lead (L2 Supervisor) to manage a 24/7 Network Operations Center. The ideal candidate will have significant IT operations experience and a strong background in incident management. Responsibilities include supervising L1 Operators, managing critical incidents, and ensuring service stability for government clients. Certifications in ITIL v4 and strong technical skills are required. This is a full-time role with a 12-month renewable contract based in Sharjah, UAE.
