Role Purpose: 
To manage and oversee all procurement activities for interior design and fit-out projects, ensuring timely sourcing, cost efficiency, and quality compliance.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with project timelines and budgets.
- Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers, subcontractors, and vendors for materials and services.
- Review technical specifications, BOQs, and drawings to ensure accurate procurement.
- Maintain supplier relationships and update vendor databases.
- Monitor purchase orders, delivery schedules, and material quality compliance.
- Coordinate closely with design, project, and finance teams to ensure smooth workflow.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field.
- 6-10 years of procurement experience in interior fit-out or construction (UAE experience preferred).
- Strong negotiation, budgeting, and vendor management skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
