1.Responsible for overall management of the business and financial operations of the subsidiary units under the oilfield technology service company, ensuring the completion of annual business targets.
2. Responsible for coordinating the company's technical exchanges and market promotion activities.
3. Responsible for overall team building, talent pipeline development, and recruitment and allocation for key positions.
4. Responsible for coordinating the full-process management of key projects of the company.
5. Responsible for overseeing operations and QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment) management of the company.
Qualifications:
1.Master's degree or above, petroleum industry background, with relevant experience in oilfield technical services president positions.
2.Possess solid professional knowledge reserves, familiar with industry technology, with innovation awareness and problem-solving capabilities.
3.Possess strong strategic vision, innovative spirit, and organizational coordination abilities, capable of making correct decisions in complex and changing environments.
