Key Responsibilities 
- Responsible for overall management of the business and financial operations of the subsidiary units under the oilfield technology service company, ensuring the completion of annual business targets.
- Responsible for coordinating the company's technical exchanges and market promotion activities.
- Responsible for overall team building, talent pipeline development, and recruitment and allocation for key positions.
- Responsible for coordinating the full process management of key projects of the company.
- Responsible for overseeing operations and QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment) management of the company.
- Master's degree or above, petroleum industry background, with relevant experience in oilfield technical services president positions.
- Possess solid professional knowledge reserves, familiar with industry technology, with innovation awareness and problem solving capabilities.
- Possess strong strategic vision, innovative spirit, and organizational coordination abilities, capable of making correct decisions in complex and changing environments.
