Plant & Transport Manager (Ready Mix Industry Experience)

Responsibilities- Oversee daily operations of batching plants, vehicle fleet, and equipment.
- Ensure production targets, quality standards, and delivery schedules are consistently met.
- Manage fleet maintenance, scheduling, and logistics for efficient dispatching.
- Implement cost control, preventive maintenance, and safety measures.
- Lead, train, and motivate plant and transport teams for optimal performance.
- Coordinate with project teams and suppliers to ensure smooth operations.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in Plant & Transport Management within the Ready Mix Concrete industry.
- Strong knowledge of batching plant operations, fleet logistics, and equipment maintenance.
- Excellent leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills.
- UAE/GCC experience is highly preferred.
- Valid Driving License is an advantage.
