Qualifications:
- Board-certified or Board-eligible in Pediatric Emergency Medicine
- Candidates with significant Pediatric Emergency Medicine experience who completed residency before 2016 will also be considered, provided they maintain active board certification in their primary specialty and hold current ATLS certification
Practice in the Heart of the CommunityScheduling:
- Full-time: Minimum average of 120 hours/month
- Part-time and PRN options are also available
Key Responsibilities:
- Our 16-bed emergency department, complete with 2 trauma bays, delivers exceptional care to children in a supportive and collaborative environment.
- Deliver high-quality care in a Level II Trauma Center with seasonal adjustments to physician coverage (24-36 hours/day) based on patient volume.
- Teaching opportunities with Pediatric and Family Medicine residents.
- Work in a supportive environment with dedicated OB ED and excellent subspecialty support.
- Access to CT, MRI, Ultrasound, and Bedside Ultrasound for efficient care delivery.
- Utilize EPIC EMR to ensure efficient and effective patient documentation and communication-scribe coverage for 12 hours per day.

Rewards and Benefits
Compensation:
- Independent contractor (1099) compensation model
- Hourly rates: $285/hr (days), $305/hr (swings), $325/hr (nights)
- Sign-on bonus and fellowship stipend support available

- Paid malpractice insurance, including tail coverage
