An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Waiter/ess to join Pearl Lounge in Jumeirah Beach Hotel.
Responsibilities- Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables, ensuring a seamless arrival experience.
- Confidently describe menu items, daily specials, and promotions, addressing any dietary restrictions or allergies with care.
- Take precise food and beverage orders, promptly communicating special requests to the kitchen and bar.
- Deliver food and beverages with attention to detail, using professional techniques and ensuring consistency in presentation and service quality.
- Oversee the smooth operation of the assigned restaurant section, ensuring efficient service flow and quickly resolving operational challenges.
- Assist in other areas as needed, such as answering phones, handling guest inquiries, and collaborating with bartenders and kitchen staff to expedite orders.
- Higher Secondary School certificate or country specific certification.
- 2-3 years of experience as a waiter/waitress in a luxury hotel.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Adaptability and appreciation of cultural diversity.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Experience handling Micros Cashiering system.
- Proficiency in English.
