Join the Gwalia Underground mining team as an EXPERIENCED Paste Fill Operator, where you will monitor the performance of paste fill systems to ensure they meet the engineering specifications for the mine. You will collaborate with mine engineers, geologists, and other underground personnel to plan and execute paste fill procedures to maintain the overall mine integrity.

About the role

• FIFO from Perth or DIDO from Kalgoorlie.
• Family-friendly 2:2 roster.
• Tier 1 gold mining client.
• Great camp facilities including gym and swimming pool.
• Values-based culture heavily promoted.
• Camp located close to the town of Leonora.

About you

• Ensure that paste walls, paste reticulation, compressed air, ventilation infrastructure, water, and dewatering systems are installed in accordance with site specifications.
• Keep detailed records of paste fill activities and report any discrepancies.
• Previous experience in production and development service crew (highly desirable).
• Previous experience on project crew, installing primary and secondary fans (highly desirable).
• Airleg mining experience (highly desirable).
• Unrestricted manual driving license, Working at Heights, Dangerous Goods, scaling, and IT tickets required.
