Park Regis Kris Kin Hotel in Dubai is looking for skilled kitchen professionals to join a busy, high-pressure environment. Multiple roles are available for candidates with solid culinary foundations and a passion for quality food.
Open Roles- Chef de Partie - Indian Cuisine: ability to create flavorful Indian dishes with layered techniques. Strong knowledge of Indian flavors and recipes, and the ability to deliver consistent, high-quality plates.
- Chef de Partie - Continental Cuisine: experience on a fast-paced line, plate European dishes to a high standard, and handle responsibilities associated with intermediate leadership in the kitchen. Proficiency with terms like béchamel is expected.
- Commis I - Continental Cuisine: assist the chef on the station, learn the ropes, contribute actively, and handle real responsibilities beyond basic prep.
- Commis II - Butchery: butchery skills, breaking down cuts, preparing meat for service, and strong knife work.
- Commis II - Pastry: assist in pastry production, with attention to detail and presentation.
We're seeking team players who can thrive in a busy kitchen, maintain composure under pressure, and uphold high standards of ingredients, techniques, and plating. Strong communication, organization, and a willingness to learn are essential.
