Outside Sales Leader

$116,500 at plan earnings Commission

Responsibilities:

• Continue company growth by identifying new sales opportunities, emerging markets, and lead generation programs
• Outline our sales strategies and objectives to ensure we make our sales goals
• Counsel your sales team members, evaluate their performance, and offer suggestions for improvement
• Write sales reports and showcase sales efforts including sales volume and progress to help create new sales goals

• Make Sales and outpace your team, setting the standard for closed business.

Qualifications:

• Demonstrates a proven track record of success in sales
• Must possess a bachelors degree in business or a similar major
• Excellent leadership skills, analytical skills, and communication skills
• 3+ years of experience in sales management or in a leadership role in the sales department
