Job DescriptionAn exciting opportunity has arisen for an Outlet Manager to join Jumeirah Al Naseem. The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:
- Oversee outlet operations to ensure efficiency, adherence to policies, service excellence, and Jumeirah standards.
- Maintain accurate stock records, oversee inventory audits, and ensure smooth coordination between service and kitchen teams.
- Manage outlet profitability, budgeting, and financial performance by identifying improvement areas and implementing corrective measures.
- Support and develop team performance through on-the-job training, feedback, motivation, and maintaining positive working relationships.
- Ensure high guest satisfaction through consistent quality of food, beverage, and service, addressing complaints and gathering feedback.
- Implement departmental policies and procedures, ensuring compliance, consistency, and delivery of quality service aligned with brand standards.
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:
- Experience in the same role with a strong F&B background in a 5-star luxury property or a standalone/branded bar.
- Proficient in English and a second language (European languages are desirable).
- Good financial acumen, including experience with budgeting, cost control, and increasing profitability.
- Experience leading a multi-cultural team.
