Job BriefWe are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to lead and manage the Central Kitchen operations for Asian cuisine. You will play a key role in making sure everything runs smoothly - from food preparation to delivery. If you're organized, smart, and love working in food and restaurant operations, we would love to meet you!
Responsibilities- Oversee the daily operations of the Central Kitchen.
- Make sure food quality, hygiene, and safety standards are always met.
- Work closely with chefs, kitchen staff, and delivery teams.
- Manage food production, inventory, and supplies efficiently.
- Control costs and reduce food waste.
- Train and guide team members to do their best work.
- Make reports and improve systems to run the kitchen better.
- Must be academically qualified (Hotel Management or similar field preferred).
- Proven experience in managing Central Kitchens for restaurant chains.
- Strong leadership and planning skills.
- Knowledge of food safety rules and kitchen operations.
- Good with numbers and team management.
- Clear communication skills and a hands-on attitude.
- Indian candidates are preferred.
