Job Brief: We are looking for a detail-oriented and energetic Accounts cum Customer Follow-up Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring our finances are accurate and our customers are satisfied. You'll handle daily accounting tasks, follow up with clients on payments, and maintain smooth communication between our finance, sales, and operations teams.

Responsibilities Accounting & Finance- Keep clear and accurate records of customer invoices, receipts, and payments.
- Reconcile accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding balances.
- Support month-end closings, reports, and audits.
- Help prepare MIS reports, ledgers, and financial statements.
- Follow up regularly with customers about pending payments and invoice clarifications.
- Build strong relationships with clients to ensure smooth collections.
- Act as the first contact for customer queries and elevate issues when needed.
- Work closely with sales and operations teams to ensure excellent customer service.
- Keep customer data, invoices, and follow-ups updated in Zoho Books/CRM.
- Generate reports, payment reminders, and dashboards using Zoho tools.
- Ensure all data entered is accurate and processes run smoothly within Zoho.
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce or Finance.
- Minimum 2 years of hands on experience in Zoho Books/CRM (mandatory).
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and customer follow up processes.
- Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written).
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
- Strong organisational, negotiation, and problem solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines with attention to detail.
