Occupational Medicine Physician Assistant

Dates of Coverage: Starting February 7, 2025, with ongoing needs to support two full-time providers.
Practice Setting: Occupational Health Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00-close (close at 4:30pm but can be delayed by walk in injuries) Average Number of Patients per Day: 8-10 Documentation System/EMR: Systoc

Submission Requirements

• Board Certified - REQUIRED
• Active VA - REQUIRED
• BLS/ACLS Certified - REQUIRED
• DOT Certification - REQUIRED
• MUST BE WILLING TO COVER LOCATIONS AS LISTED IN JOB
• AVAILABILITY MUST BE NOTED AT TIME OF NAME CLEAR - Preference to providers that can cover ALL dates
