Connect with clients to understand their specific property needs

Schedule and conduct property viewings - both residential and commercial

️ Attend developer briefings and stay up to date on new off-plan project launches

Track market trends, pricing strategies, and competitor activity

Build strong, long-term client relationships for referrals and repeat business

️ Lead property negotiations and close deals with confidence

Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote listings effectively

Consistently achieve - and exceed - your sales targets

• Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate or a similar sales field
• Deep knowledge of the Dubai property market and valuation processes
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills (English required, Arabic is a plus)
• Proven track record in closing deals and managing client expectations
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and highly professional
• Proficient with CRMs and real estate platforms (Property Finder, Bayut, etc.)
• Valid UAE driving license is mandatory
