Neurosurgery APP - No Call Required - Illinois
An inpatient neurosurgery opportunity is now available for an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Illinois. This assignment offers a consistent schedule with an established team, perfect for a provider seeking a stable locums role with great work-life balance.

Practice Setting
- Primarily inpatient coverage with some outpatient clinic responsibilities
- Manage a shared inpatient census of 20-25 patients
- Responsibilities include rounding, patient assessments, and care coordination
Schedule
- Consistent 12-hour day shifts
- Long-term, ongoing coverage need with fall start dates still available
- Build a schedule of 15+ shifts per month that works for you
Procedures and Cases
- Focus on neuro interventional cases
- Management of comprehensive stroke patients
Requirements
- Active BLS and ACLS certifications
- Minimum of 24 months of neurosurgery experience
- Active Illinois license
Credentialing Requirements
- Please allow approximately 90 days for the credentialing and privileging process
