Neurosurgery in KasasOpportunity in Shawnee, KsKansas City, 12mFull TimePermanent PositionSeeking BC/BE Neurosurgeon to join team in Shawnee, KansasScheduleAllocated block time for surgical procedures and clinic hours, allowing for a balanced and structured workflow.Call expectations are 1 in 4, with additional compensation for extra call duties. There is no trauma and call volumes are generally 3 consults per day, 2-3 surgeries per week.Thirty days of annual leave are provided, in addition to six recognized holidays, promoting a healthy work-life balance.Compensation and BenefitsCompetitive base salary of $900,000 with additional compensation based on wRVU productivity$50,000 signing bonus to welcome you to our team.Comprehensive health and retirement benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and 403(B) plans.Malpractice insurance with tail coverage, providing peace of mind.Continuing medical education (CME) allowance of $4,500 annually and dedicated time off to support your professional growth and development.
