Clinical Information:
- APP will round at one site
- Facility has tele neuro for initial strokes provided by an outside company
- Average Daily Census: 20
- EMR: Patient Keeper and Meditech
- Inpatient consult service only
  - Consults include stroke, seizure, EEG interpretation and reading along with other Neurological conditions
- APP supervision required
- The practice provides comprehensive services to the Neuro ICU, ED, Medical Floor and EEG reads
Required:
- DEA must remain in state to maintain privileges. Provider must be willing transfer and maintain DEA in state for the duration of privileges being active, or obtain a new in state DEA to remain in state for the duration of privileges being active
- BLS
- Active SC License
- Must be board certified or board eligible
