Job responsibilities includes:

• Maintaining relationship with builders, Sub Brokers & Real Estate Agencies
• Handling a team for selling and marketing Mortgage Products
• Driving sales initiatives to achieve business goals & managing the frontline sales team
• Focusing on Developer relationship and corporate tie ups
• Promoting Urban Money brand in UAE Market
• Interfacing with clients for suggesting the most viable product range and cultivating relations with them for securing repeat business.
• Managing activities pertaining to negotiating / finalization of deals for smooth execution of sales.
• Analysing the latest marketing trends and tracking competitors activities and providing valuable inputs for fine tuning sales & marketing strategies.
• Leading, training & monitoring the performance of team member to ensure efficiency in service operations and meeting of individual & group targets
