Salary Structure: Fixed salary plus commission
Urban Money is a leading online lender that helps millions achieve homeownership. We offer a range of loan products from banks and NBFCs, providing support throughout the lending lifecycle.
Responsibilities- Maintain relationships with builders, sub-brokers, and real estate agencies.
- Lead and manage a team selling mortgage products.
- Drive sales initiatives to meet business goals and manage frontline sales team.
- Focus on developer relationships and corporate tie ups.
- Promote Urban Money brand in the UAE market.
- Interface with clients to suggest viable product ranges and cultivate repeat business.
- Negotiate and finalize deals for smooth sales execution.
- Analyse marketing trends, track competitor activities, and provide inputs to fine tune strategies.
- Train, monitor and lead team members to ensure efficient operations and meet targets.
